After 2.00 am on 25 Nov 2025 Tuesday, I had difficulty breathing for a few hours, leading to poor sleep quality. Likely an  Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) episode. In the early morning hours on 3rd December 2025 Wednesday, I had difficulty breathing for a few hours again, leading to poor sleep quality. Likely a second episode of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).
