Subject: Bought portable air con for $604.59 on 30 Oct 2023 Monday  I have used $150 Fairprice vouchers to offset the payment. Hence I only pay $454.59 for the portable air con.  Portable air con was delivered on 1st Nov 2023 Wednesday at about 5.15 PM. Installation charges for the exhaust pipe at the push out window in my bedroom is $100. Paid using PayNow. The air con installation ended before 7 PM.  On the 1st night, the portable air con keeps turning off and on after midnight. The air con technician came to inspect on the 2nd day after 8 PM in the evening. Found nothing wrong except I had pressed the timer button a few times. On the 2nd night, the water tank in the portable air con was full after using it for only 6 hours. The portable air con was faulty.  The replacement portable air con was delivered on 3rd Nov 2023 Friday at about 3.30 PM. So far so good. The water tank in the replacement portable air con did not become full after 3 nights of operation.  12,000 BTU/hr
