Subject: Obstructive Sleep Apnea?


My portable air con stopped working (broke down) after 2.00 am on 25 Nov 2025 Tuesday.


After 2.00 am on 25 Nov 2025 Tuesday, I had difficulty breathing for a few hours, leading to poor sleep quality. Likely an  Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) episode.


In the early morning hours on 3rd December 2025 Wednesday, I had difficulty breathing for a few hours again, leading to poor sleep quality. Likely a second episode of Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA).


I still haven't purchase a replacement portable air con. But did the OSA episodes occur because I was sleeping without an air con?
