Lucky draw smart watch

Won M26 plus smart watch in a lucky draw conducted by The Auction House (Melissa Wix) on 25 Feb 2022. Shipped on 14 Mar 2022 8.26 PM and received it at Anglican Care Center Farrer Park on 22 Mar 2022. Tested it on 15 July 2026 Wednesday and found out that the smart watch app HiWatch developed by Shenzhen Well Fitness Management Technology Co,LTD is not compatible with my vivo X100 Pro 5G Android 16 phone. The smart watch battery also drains out rapidly in less than 8 hours after a full charge.
